There are times when I wish I was good at something, but am not. That’s not saying a lot though as I want to be good at everything. Okay maybe not good but great.
I’ll just name a couple of things because my list could go on…and on…and on…:
- Drawing and painting. I suck, there is not denying that. I can’t paint for the life of me. As for my drawings, well, my skills leave a lot to be desired. I’d love it if I could paint real life portraits, or even just draw them. Thankfully the course I’m on doesn’t require me to be the greatest drawer.
- It would also be nice if I could speak confidently without my voice going high pitched or feeling my face getting more red with every word. It would make doing presentations a lot easier.
Is there anything you wish you could do better?

I wish I was stronger, a better basketball player, and a faster runner.
I’ve kind of given up on drawing/painting; I used to wish I just had that talent but then I realized it actually requires a lot of work and dedication, and I wasn’t very interested in that.
Re: speaking confidently — the more you do it, the easier it will become. At least, that’s what I’ve found.
