Yeah I noticed that they don't give out their name instantly unless of course if the customer asks for it. Likewise, it was the service that blew me away. The girl who served me was ... younger than me (who thought I was younger than her ... but that's beside the point) but served me (and other customers) like a professional, as if she has been in the service line for aeons. The functions of the phone were described in great detail, and she gave her personal perspectives and recommendations on what phones to choose. When I selected mine, she went to great pains to ensure that the phone is properly configured and in a state of 'fully functional' before I left the store. But of course, as the days went past ... I began to love the phone more than I loved the service. (Mere exposure effect. Heh. I see the phone everyday while I've only seen that particular staff once!) I think I have a couple friends that got the same one. I think customer service reps usually give their names here.
