Three things I really, really wouldn’t mind owning – you’ll notice a theme here:
- The Sims 4. It’s been getting quite a bit of negativity (understatement?) but I’m looking forward to trying to game. Mind, I won’t be getting it anytime soon because the price of the base game itself is quite a lot and I’m guessing there will be expansion packs so I’m waiting until there’s a good bundle deal. The thing I appreciate most about The Sims 4 is the easiness of creating things – sims and houses. The missing toddler stage of childhood doesn’t bother me because I very rarely include sprogs in my games. However, I am disappointed about the lack of customisation; you’re restricted to the colour swatches provided within the styling option. That, and the non-inclusion of swimming pools. I’m not sure what to think about the possibility of my sims dying from hysteria but that’s a post for another day… If you would like to know more about The Sims 4 I have found the bible of Sims 4 information.
- The Sims 4 Mouse. I know, I know, it’s gimmicky but I like it because of that. I like the fact that the roller and plumbob can change colour. However, I’m too used to my bluetooth mouse so having a USB cable hanging about might take some getting used to.
- The Sims 4 Headset. Yep, it’s the colour changing plumbob again. I have quite a small head though so even if I do consider buying it I’ll have to see it in person first.
